The items listed on the Ideal site are for online purchase only - we do not offer in store purchase of uniforms as the items are ordered directly from our suppliers & shipped to your specified address upon checkout.

Printed items will take longer to produce because we need a minimum order of 244 items to do them. We will try to print them the last Friday of every month.
Embroidery items will be produce once a week, production will be faster.

You will receive the following messages from Orleans Embroidery.
• Thanking you for the order, immediately after you place your order.

Ideal Market does not have information about your shipment, we will send you a confirmation once the order is received, & another once your order ships.
• Please request information only via email to [email protected] We cannot give information about your order via phone call.

We do not process any orders by phone and prefer if you send all inquiries via email due to the large number of orders we handle.
